Shipping

We ship within New Zealand only. Courier is $5 for an order of one set and free for two or more. We send by NZ Post tracked delivery, which aims to arrive within 3 working days. Rural addresses can take longer. Your order is sent once payment clears, and we email you the tracking number.

Faulty or damaged

If your ERAK arrives damaged, has a fault, or the scoop doesn't fit as it should, email hello@erak.nz with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you. This doesn't limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Change of mind

Changed your mind before we've sent it? Email us and we'll cancel and refund the order. An ERAK is a personal-use item that goes in the nose, so we can't take a set back once it has been delivered, unless it's faulty.
