Privacy

Last updated 11 October 2026

We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you buy, PayPal passes us your name, email address, delivery address and order details. If you email us, we keep the email. We don't create accounts and we don't use advertising trackers.

Why

To deliver your order, send tracking, handle faults or returns, and keep the records the law requires for tax.

Who else sees it

PayPal processes your payment under its own privacy policy. The courier gets your name and address. Our site is hosted by Cloudflare, which measures visits without cookies.

Your browser

The site remembers that you confirmed you're 18 or over, in your browser's local storage, so it doesn't ask again. Nothing else is stored.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing hello@erak.nz.
